Margaret,
>It solves the talk issue because the dodefault() sets talk OFF after the dobuilder() turns it ON. However I am having this problem with all the MMortals builders -- Forms, controls, menus bars . . .
So I have to go the parent class for every builder class and do this?>
All you need to do is open the MMBuilder class (located in Common30\Utils\MMBuildr.vcx and add DODEFAULT() to the bottom of the Load() method...that should do the trick! I've made the same changes here, so you'll be good to go for the next update.
