Large (desktop) Icons can be specified for VFP5 EXE at the
Project->Project Info->Attach Icon.

How do I specify small icons. For example, the top corner
of forms should show icon different than lovely fox and
also when viewed on Windows Explorer it should ideally
show a custom icon than the corporate icon of VFP.

Manuals speak of two icons but is vague about how to use
it.
