Hi Denny,
There are three places you may specify Icons.
1. Project->Project Info->Attach Icon. (as you mentioned)
2. Step 5 of the Setup Wizard (when you click the PM (Program Manager) CheckBox
3. Form->Properties->Layout->Icon
