Also, I found that if I collapse the node in the data tab which
contains the dbc ('Data1'), then as long as this node is NOT expanded
it doesn't open the DBC when the project reopens.
As soon as the node is expanded, the DBC is opened.
I can see why the DBC would be opened - to get the necessary info to
populate the project manager. But why not close if afterwards?
