I've done it in MAPI. Microsoft has two articles on it. Article ID: Q136638 has examples that use MAPI. Article ID: Q175052 uses CDO to do the same thing. The problem I just ran into is that Outlook 2000 needs Idispatch to connect with. I'm still trying to solve that. Good luck.
