When I have had similar problems, I have deleted the WZSETUP.INI and the 2 DKCONTRL files in the app directory. I then blow away all the files in the setup directory (directory where the wizard puts all the compressed files, the DISK144, COMPRESS directories, etc.). This forces the setup wizard start from scratch.
