I'm not certain about this, but VBX's are 16 bit VB3 or VB4 controls, you probably need to install the appropriate runtimes too. I remember VBRUN300.DLL, don't know about VB4 (never used it).

Check the PC where it runs OK, you will find them there if this is the problem.
