I'm trying to find out which minimum bandwith I would need to use an application using VFP + SQL server.
I was thinking of a method on our LAN where the clientcomputers NIC's bandwidth is adjustable (from it's theoritcal 100Mb/s down to 64Kb/s) to similate this limited bandwidth and how the program performs. Only I don't know how to reduces the NIC's speed ...

I already did some testing at 64kb using rasdial over Isdn and this gave already surprising acceptable performance but I would like to see effect on higher bandwidths.
