Depending on how you are connecting to Oracle, you have to use the class in your PRG to create any DSN you had created on your computer. Are you trying to use a File DSN to connect with instead of a user DSN? This error is actually prior to an actual attempt to connect to the server, so it is not because of anything in Oracle yet.
