a coworker just mentioned a wierd problem he's having.

he just had his machine wiped and win95 & vfp 5.0a reinstalled.

everything works fine for about 2 hours then it seems like the getfile dialog just stops working.
when he builds an project, he gets the dialog that lets him proj/app/exe and then he does not get
the dialog that lets him select what to call the exe. it just sits there and he must kill vfp.

likewise modi comm ? does nothing while modi comm myprg.prg works file.

getfile also does nothing.

he can shut down vfp and start it again and he's fine for a couple of hours, but i'm sure this will get tiresome very soon.

has anyone had a similar experience?
