Yeah Jim, no COA anywhere that I can find. They sent the boot diskette and two CDs (one says QUICKRESTORE Compaq Presario 4100 Series, and 4700 Series, the other says Microsoft WIndows 95 Companion, For Dist. Only with New PC). The only numbers on the CDs appear to be Compaq part numbers. The QUICKRESTORE CD has 3R-Q692A-01 on one line and 183771-004 on the other line. The MS Companion CD has a number on it also that is probably a Compaq number 3R-Q868A-01. They came in an envelope with a label on it that says KIT, CD,QR/MS/PR4-US. And the next line below that on the envelope says 183719-004 and WM13605435 which are probably parts and serial numbers. Otherwise, the envelope is blank. The only other thing I got was a Compaq QuickRestore Instruction Guide which is simple instructions how to do QuickRestore. Nothing in the booklet talks about COA. Hmmmmmm...
