VFP 6 SP5, WIN98SE, Personal Web Server

I'm testing a com component whitin asp pages, created in vfp as a dll.
In my computer works, but in other computer don't work after compile
I need to register the dll in the computer? How?

I have webhosting with techworm www.techworm.com , they say that can't register the dll.
What's the problem?
They need manually register the dll in IIS
There is a webhosting more easy for this?
