All kidding aside, I bet this will amount to nothing but a slap on the wrist to MS. It's like telling a theif who steals, diamonds, cars and 'Beany Babies', "Don't steal those cute little dolls anymore." NP

This action by the Justice Dept. is a smoke screen. They're getting on MS for something the JD was warned about 5 years ago. Wow, that's efficient! NOT!!

It'll be interesting, however, to see if JD does something more substantila in the not too distant future. My understanding is that 'investagtions are ongoing', whatever the hell that means. (Dinner with the Gates family.)
