Steve..

There is nothing personal here. For the record, I did not engage Ken in this discussion. Rather, Ken engaged me. As for parsing, stretching, or whatever you want to call it, I am not doing that. Ken contradicted himself. I probably would not make a big deal about it except for the fact that I am being held out to be the purveyor of false and misleading info. The fact is, the info I used came from Ken's post.

I did one thing, make a suggestion. Ken took it upon himself to say that I was acting in a way that was detrimental to his and the Fox Team's efforts. I think he was off-base. His statements that SP's were only for bug fixes was wrong. At the very least, it was not unreasonable for me to make the suggestions I did since there was precedent. Once Ken engaged me in a debate, I responded in kind. I can't help it if separate statements he makes are contradictory. Certainly, when he ignores those contradictions, and instead, labels me as somebody who throws out false information without a reasonable basis, I am absolutely going to respond to defend my credibility.

Just remember, I did not start this issue/controversy. As far as my credibility is concerned however, I will not only finish it, I will put it to rest. If there is disagreement, fine. At the very least, the record will accurately reflect that I did not start the controversy nor did I perpetuate anything that was not already said or implied on the UT already...

What is not cool is trying to make another person a scapegoat to counteract the effects of ones own self-contradictory statements....
