Define religion. That's where you are having trouble.

Secular Humanism is indeed a religion in that it 'believes' in the pre-emminence of man. IOW, man is god. You might say this is not so but if that is so then why two Manifestos? If those aren't written creeds I guess I don't know what they are. <g>

By pre-defining the word 'religion' to mean only certain things Secularists have neatly defined themselves out of the issue. Silly really... It's still a system of beliefs otherwise why have a name?

Well, you have a valid point here. The god of the secularist or the true and living God?

I don't need to defend God. <g> He's quite capable of doing that Himself. Now.. If you want to learn out how to differentiate I'd suggest you just ask Him. He knows who He is I'd think. Don't you? <g>

Think about it and it makes sense. Who knows you better than you?
