Unfortunately, sometimes programmer in your nature takes the precedance and you just don't think about the fact, that your message may hurt someone's feelings. For instance, I look at some of my colleague's code, I found, that it could be done in more simple and sufficient way, then I wrote a message like: "Hey, why did you do it in such and such way, while it's obviously would be better to do it such and such"? They didn't respond and become mad at me, though I didn't mean to hurt...
