I want to write a small application for a specific accounting purpose. The target market are as likely to be running win 3.1 as they are win 95 and therefore I need to write the app in Fox 2.6 - or do I, is there a way a 16bit os can run a 32bit app?

Is it possible to buy the 2.6 professional kit new or second hand over the internet? Microsoft in NZ will have to order it in at a cost of about US$1000 which seems ridiculous to me when it's not even a latest version.

Any suggestions will be appreciated!
