I think most classes share a large amount of PEMs, and, therefore, there shouldn't be a tremendous difference.
Perhaps you want to do some acutal testing. Memory usage (used by user-defined objects) can be tested with SYS(1016). Another issue, often more critical, is how much time it takes to Init() and to Destroy() an object.
