Yuri,
Although your suggestion was not what I was looking for, your results of running the command in 3 versions made me think that I may have been automating a different version of VFP that I was running. I looked and there it was, VFP6 was being automated. I just uninstalled and reinstalled VFP7 and the problem was solved!
