Is there any way to execute a VPN from within FoxPro?

After you open a VPN in FoxPro, how do you send a file over it?

I tried using Struct by Christof Lange and Mark Wilden, but it is so complicated that I couldnt figure out what it was doing. It must run 50,000 lines of code just on startup.

I can find nothing else on this topic.
