Exactly. The Foxpro programmers I have worked with personally have ALL done outstanding jobs developing apps that meet business or government requirements. I don't know of a single one personally (that I've worked with) that could answer all of those questions off the top of their head in a phone interview. I think everyone of them could answer those questions during different time periods (while learning the next version, doing research, etc) but not all questions recently. Yet I would work with everyone of them again willingly.

Yes, 8 years active military time and 7 years in government employment as a civilian. I just recently left government employment completely (june) and joined the business world.
