After using VSS's option to GET LATEST VERSION of all project files, i then proceed to BUILD the exe. In the PROJECT INFO screen, the "attach icon" info is not retained. So i have to specify the ico file again and again. Others have rebuilt the EXE and have forgot to do this (not knowing its necessary to do).

After building exe, i would run the UPDATE PROJECT LIST option from the PROJECT | SOURCE CONTROL menu. But that doesnt work.
