Hi,

Do you check the project files back in after you build the exe? The settings for filename of the the application icon is stored in the project file (pjx) itself in the record with type='i'. If you checkout the project it does not have this record or the value in name is empty, the app icon will be empty. This could happen when other developers checks in the project with the icon not set and then you check the project out.

HTH,
Arriyel

So i have to specify the ico file again and again. Others have rebuilt the EXE and have forgot to do this (not knowing its necessary to do).

Speak using soft and sweet words in case you have to eat them later.
