Possible solutions:

1) Create RTF files from scratch and print them through Word automation;

2) If you must provide a WYSIWYG edit environment, then you should go for a word-processor like component (either Word itself or something like offered by Codemine's Visual Documents [http://www.codemine.com] or pure TextControl [http://www.textcontrol.com]).
