2,434 hours? More than a 6 months for a team of two developers/testers working on it? For a basic data entry system with very few bells and whistles that is outrageous. But, or course, you know that already. They are doing badly by you. If I recall you were going to have a meeting with this group soon; that happen yet? I'm curious what transpired if it did?
