I have couple of supporting tables (First Name, InstitutionalKeys), etc. We have some standards for storing names (e.g. we have 25 chars for Buyer1 and 25 for Buyer2, if it's an individual, the name should be in the format FirstName I=LastName=Suffix, so it would be Frank I=Palmer=Jr. If it's an organization, we substitute some abbrev with our standard abbreviations and that's it.).

Ok...

Anything you can share and wouldn't mind if I swiped some ideas from?
Best,
