I have couple of supporting tables (First Name, InstitutionalKeys), etc. We have some standards for storing names (e.g. we have 25 chars for Buyer1 and 25 for Buyer2, if it's an individual, the name should be in the format FirstName I=LastName=Suffix, so it would be Frank I=Palmer=Jr. If it's an organization, we substitute some abbrev with our standard abbreviations and that's it.).

I've sent something to you, so you can look at it. (I clicked on your envelope). Forgot to mention, that in addition to auto-parsing, I also have a whole application with GUI, so a user can manually parse names, which program was unable to parse or parsed incorrectly...
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
