due to a virus i have 2 major probs

1° in vfp the only thing that i could recover from my from was the scx file... can somebody tell me (if it is possible) who i can recover my form again ?

2° the same happend in foxpro for dos 2.x if i open a form overthere i get the msg : "memofile is missing" there i have te scx,spr and spx file....
does somebody know who i can recover ths files ????
