If you have compiled the form into an .APP or .EXE, possibly using a tool like ReFox to decompile the executable. The virus damaged or deleted the .SCT portion of your form, which holds the variable-length data for the form, including things like method code, custom properties, property assignments and the like - the .SCX contains only fixed-length data for the form, so most of the useful information is gone.

The SCT file was attacked because the file extension matches that of a Windows Script Control, and represented a possible way to either corrupt o firther infect your system.

The same problem applies; the SCT is gone, and with it, the bulk of the form. You do have the SPR file, which is the result from converting the form into directly executable Fox code, so you could modify that by hand and still alter the form appearance, although without the aid of the screen designer tool.

The SCX/SCT combination is really just a type of database, with the SCX equivalent to the DBF, and the SCT equivalent to the FPT, or memo file, which is why you get the error message regarding the missing memo file. In the case of the FP DOS application, ReFox is not of great use, since it would recover the SPR file, which you already have, and not the SCT file.

I'm afraid that it's time to break out your backup of the system and recover the previously backed up versions of these forms.
