Im not sure if anyone can answer this but Im having a problem with my Win2000 server. Im running IIS and sql server off the same machine. Now the problem is that every once and a while the IIS server stops responding. I cant load any webpages or even load the iis console on the server itself. One thing I noticed is that when this happends there are 2 dllhost.exe 's running and one of them is taking up 99% of my processing power. So I have no clue whats going on. If I kill both dllhost.exe, they immediatly start up again but everything works fine for a while and then it happens again. I looked up what dllhost is but didnt get and solid answers (it has to do with creating com objects). If anyone has any advice, answers, etc... please let me know.
