Well, I assume that we are talking about MSDE as VFP app database backend, wich is OK (you know, we are in a VFP forum talking about a database). But in real world, 90% of customers have a license of MSDE already, because they have at least 1 Office 2000 premiun.

Since the EULAS are somewhat complex, we checked with MSFT first. They told me (by email, in writing) that redistributing MSDE to be used with my app is OK, so what I'm telling to you is for SURE.
