I've learned to do whatever it takes to make something work. I used to have all sorts of issues with how idiosyncratic behaviour in Foxpro and how things "should" act. I spent way too much time wishing for a better way. Now, though I try to maintain good programming techniques, sometimes you just have to hammer that square peg into that round hole...

I think doing the report that way is fine.
