Brian,

I was playing around with this and every time I picked a format different than the one for the original icon it would wipe it out from the design area. The only way I was able to switch formats was to copy/paste from original icon to a newly created one. Is there a way that I'm missing?

>If you use the program I referred you to earlier(IconEdit32), it does it very easily. On the right side of the window, you can quickly switch between all of the different formats and they get saved to a single .ico file. I believe it goes from 48x48 @ 16-bit down to 16x16 two color and you can definite an image for each "mode".
