Thanks, Dragan. I thought about Loader idea before and I even shyly suggested it once, but was not listened enough to make this idea through...
All of these issues need a serious discussion. I can try to discuss some of the problems with my boss, but first I need to catch him (he is floating the office helping to solve various problems today)...
