Based on this info, I amend my comment on determining the price per connection. This sounds like they have perhaps hundreds of computers verses wanting a handful of concurrent licenses. Let's just take a simple example here. They want to install your software on 100 computers but only want licenses for 10 concurrent users. You can not multiply your price by 10 because this defeats the purpose of this type of licensing.

Instead of coming up with a price per connection, why not negotiate the overall pricing structure with them [site licensing] including a monthly retainer fee for support. Make sure you consult with an attorney to protect your rights and product. This sounds like it could be a very profitable sale for you if handled properly.

Hopefully JVP will jump in on this one with his legal opinions.
