there is no easy way to do it.
You can go to the classes appmain.appapplication.cmenu and set that to none.

then you will get an error 'define popup' or something.
appmain.rebuilwindowpopup method. It's at this point I gave up. You'd have to change codemine's code in that method and I always try to avoid that.

I think the mindset is: Since you are using a framework you should have a menu.
Not that I agree with it, I think that is their approach to the issue.
