I tried so many companations, and as you said it could be an error in PDW,
and I found the best way to solve the problem that, to install CR first in the PC then install my package.
BUT, this is not the correct way & I don't brefare it to keep CR installed in the cusromer PC.
So, any idea how to solve this.

>Good call. The Crystal file is for the older 16-bit and should be removed.

>Ahmad: I know I have seen an article stating that there is a configuration error in the PDW that cuses that Crytal32.OCX error and it can be fixed to stop those errors from happening. Unfortunately I culdn't find it but it is definitely from either the Crytsal or Microsoft KB site.
