>Rolf,
>Sounds you have an old MDAC installed. With the update of MDAC (2.1 and later - current 2.7) there are problems supporting old foxpro formats. If you were to use fox2x free tables then with memo in them you're in trouble. I take 2 approaches depending on source.
>1) Fox2x style usage - then do not use mailmerge opendatasource or any other means of ODBC but create a document with a table in it that serves as datasource.
>2) If VFP database then use opendatasource.
>Posted code samples on both few times. I'll try to locate and give you pointers.

Check Thread #

576737 and Message #
583115For driver updating. Check for MDAC_TYP*.exe. They come with developer products including office and also could be downloaded from MSDN site (I found an address as
www.microsoft.com/data/ in docs but doesn't sound right to me, I'd try MSDN site).
BTW above 2 methods especially first is driver version free (I think for 2nd too).
