Hi Mike,
>Once again, whats your reasoning here? I'm not advocating that you lie to the customer, but my internal problems are just that, my internal problems.

This would be correct, UNTIL you're internal problem starts affecting my life. The legal system ( of which I'm not a big fan) has proven this time and time again. You have every right to smoke until tar rolls out your ears it you choose to do so, but you don't have the right to make me breathe it. It's not a crime to have HIV, but it is a crime if you have unprotected sex with someone without informing them you have HIV. The list goes on and on.

I think any company that puts out a product be it software, hardware, or whatever and states it's safe and secure, owes it to their customers to info them otherwise when they are made aware of the problem. That's a stand up company or person. They don't need to tell me what the details are, they just need to tell me it's not safe or secure. Once I start to use their product ( taking the companies word that it's safe) and I bank my financial future on it, it becomes my problem when it's found not to be safe.

I don't think that's too much to ask.
Tony
