Thank you for the reply! Actually we do not have the ploblems you have pointed. Our client have two computers "dedicated" to try solving this problem. These computers were formated and a new installation of the OS was made (Windows 98 SE in this case). The disk space and the account permissions are ok: they have more than 2GB of free disk space and the login is being done as Administrator. Any further thoughts?
