Could anyone confirm this bug I have encountered?

When I attempt to install VFP7 on a NT4 Build 1381 SP6 workstation with IE5.X, I get an error that XML Parser version 3 can not be installed during the component update. Manually trying to installing version 3 of the parser fails as well. If I download and install the MS XML Parser version 4, then VFP7 component update process does not recognize it (still looking for version 3 I assume).

The workaround is to install IE6, which then allows the VFP7 install to proceed.
