Sometimes (for a communication problem, I believe) I don't reach the UT's server. The problem is that IE puts it page (server was not available or founded) and break the frame created by UT. . If we want to continue in UT we should enter again with the password because the refresh of IE tells to UT as we were asking for new messages.

I don't see what I can do as a workaround for that.
