Why VB over C#?

I havnt seen anything in VB .Net to get me interested. Yet on the other hand C# looks really interesting. The OO model in it, like Java, seems very flexible, and adaptable. I quite like the OO model in Java, more so then VFP, shame it runs so slow and has poor developer tools. But with MS backing C# I am thinking it will be very good indeed.
