It enned up being Visual Studio. After I did the "clean install", which took me most of monday(major registry cleanup), everything is back to normal. I will look into SOAP a lot closer before I go there again.

No VFP 7 doesn't install SOAP but you can install it from VFP 7 CD separatelly. I had problem with SOAP SP2. After I installed it on WIN98SE I couldn't access web services anymore. I had to uninstall SOAP and install it from VFP7 CD.
