Yes, I got the attbi stuff from the tech I talked to yesterday. I expect to be online with highspeed tomorrow. In the meantime, I do have dialup, which will get me through.

I also knew about losing the website. There isn't anything there that I can't recreate or I have a local copy of.

Plug it back in and turn it on and wait for it to attempt to make a connection. If it goes through all the motions correctly you will get a connection and be brought to the new AT&T web page. You will then be able to change your computer settings by either downloading and saving a file or directly from the web (your choice). It went smoothly for me and I read the new service agreement very closely. The home.com part of your e-mail addresses will change to attbi.com.
