>We are starting a new (personnal) company and we would like to have a presence on the Internet. What is the best way to host such a web site? I have a modem-cable at home, maybe I can host my own site but my IP adress is dynamic. We could rent the services of an online hosting service but I'm not sure of the bandwidth our site will require.
