As I've said, the problem is no longer one for me; I'm more than happy to put it in a little box and forget it exists. I had to make a decision whether the loss of that segment of the UT participation was worth the decreased level of annoyance; an easy choice. I don't have to come up with any further quantification of the perceived value of removing that part of the content, since I'm already a PUTM. It's an added benefit to a membership that I'd gladly pay for even if the twit filter were not a part of it.
