This does not sound like a business model I am familiar with. At least not experience wise. It is hard to believe that the word union is associated with the position you mentioned when you said "driverless automated transit system that we operate". Is that part of the operation also unionized? Interesting! That would never fly down here with BART, etc.
Did I see one of your transit cars whizzing by the other day? :) I have this vision of the Kingston Trio singing the song about the M.T.A.
