the MS KB article Q165640 covers this process.

Here's the basic procedure for doing this.
1. Start regedit.
2. Create a new string value "EditorCommentString" for the key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\5.0\Options".
3. Modify the value to the desired comment string.
4. Restart VFP.
