Have you looked at the date of that comment. It is way back 98/99'ish. It has squat to do with Codemine 7. Is is constructed in Codemine 6.

No. It says "Codebook". I don't think that the MM folk would say that MM is Codebook. It may have started out based on Codebook but is a way different product nowadays. The main issue is that the sample merely shows a pageframe approach with a grid on one page and controls on the other - just like the original Codebook approach.
